    Future Successors is an organization that has been devoted to moving the needle to
    increase career opportunities for people of color since 2012. Future Successors is renowned for our Business Minds Program. An after school program introducing young scholars to the business world. College Tours which is an early introduction to exploring different cities with a higher learning
    approach. In addition to the Youth Expo, which provide career/college readiness resources and guidance to Title I high schools! 
    Our Why


    According to NSBA.org, 1 out of 100 students of color drop out of school which is nearly 1
    million students every year.
    Our biggest objective is to continue to build our pipeline to position our scholars to win
    in Corporate America.
